Abstract:
The author reflects on her experiences in complying with the decision of their human resource (HR) head Martin Tallow to make well being a priority. The author is an occupational health (OH) manager in Great Britain. She said that the promotion of well being in their workplace made her lose weight. However, she revealed that such decision negatively influenced the morale of their employees.
