Abstract: The article reports on the result of the survey on the benefits of absence management systems to dealing staff with health issues in Great Britain. The survey indicates that using absence management schemes is the best way to reduce staff sickness absence levels in the country. Employers think that the systems can help remove fake absence, while others use return-to-work as a means of tackling the issues.
